Rutan Plumbing was established in 1999 by Anthony Rutan and was later incorporated in November 2003. As of 2009, we are a certified small, woman owned business. Our NAICS code is 238220, DUNS number 166164603 and registered with CCR. Anthony has 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry utilizing his skills in the residential and commercial fields, and I have over 25 years experience in the field of Management, customer service and finances.
Rutan Plumbing Inc. completes jobs for residential home new & remodels with a higher concentration on commercial building renovations and new building projects, which include government, public works, and tenant improvements.
The scope of our work includes the installation of new plumbing and sanitary systems, water and gas lines, compressed air systems, site gas work, and the installation of radiant floor heating.

Heating Systems:
• This works by heat radiating through the floor and
all surrounding objects which creates a more comfortable
and efficient way of heating an area. Hot air systems
heat the surrounding air that end up at the ceiling and
get lost when a door or window is opened. This is not
efficient or comfortable.
• Radiant floor heating systems also create valuable
